WindowFlair Inc. was established in 1994 when Carl Chiacchierini, President purchased a buying group for the purpose of becoming more competitive with the larger "hardware type" stores that where beginning to populate the area. Carl wanted to keep the same level of quality and service that was the trademark of Ca.R.R. Decorations Inc., but also be very competitive with price. Mr. Chiacchierini established Ca.R.R. Decorations in 1970 to meet the Window treatment and flooring needs of Rochester, but on a more comfortable setting using a person's home as the store front. 

This very successful practice has endured for 38 years servicing the Rochester and surrounding area decorating needs. In 1994 Ca.R.R. Decorations Inc. was dissolved and WindowFlair Inc. is the new flagship Corporation.

Our support staff consists of all very professional and knowledgeable people who are dedicated to providing you with the best products and services.

Our offices are located at 29 Pointe Vintage Dr. and our warehouse is located at 95 MT. Read Boulevard. Hours of  operation are Monday-Friday 9-5 and appointments are  scheduled Monday-Saturday 9-7.
