Window Flair Inc. was established in 1994 when Connie Chiacchierini, President, purchased a buying group for the purpose of becoming more competitive with the larger "hardware type" stores that here beginning to populate the area. Connie wanted to keep the same level of quality and service that was the trademark of Ca.R.R. Decorations Inc., but also be very competitive with price. Mrs. Chiacchierini established Ca.R.R. Decorations in 1973 to meet the Window treatment and flooring needs of Rochester, but, in a more comfortable setting, using a person's home as the store front.

This very successful practice has endured for 38 years servicing the Rochester and surrounding area decorating needs. In 1994 Ca.R.R. Decorations Inc. was dissolved and WindowFlair Inc. became the new flagship Corporation.

Our support staff consists of all very professional and knowledgeable people who are dedicated to providing you with the best products and services.

Connie's basic theme is "You never have to come to us- We always come to You" and she combines that with rolling showrooms that offer our wide range of products for Blinds, Shades, Norman Shutters, Carpet and Flooring. Our low overhead allows Window Flair Inc. to offer pricing unmatched by our competitors with a price quarantee to prove it.

As a women owned business, we offer major commercial bid opportuities for businesses to meet their minority requirements. No job is too large for our professionals. We have decorated small homes, mansions, schools and major corporations; no job is too small or too large.
